About

Tim Pilgrim is a certified Jungian analyst and registered psychotherapist with a private practice in Toronto, Ontario. He holds an M.A. and an M.B.A., and earned his Diploma in Analytical Psychology through the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts (IRSJA). He is a member of the IAAP, the Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts (OAJA), and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), where he holds clinical membership.

Pilgrim brings over two decades of experience to his work, with twenty-one years as a Jungian-oriented psychotherapist and twenty-three years as a marital and family therapist. He has served as a lecturer and instructor at the University of Toronto for seven years, teaching courses on the Writings of C.G. Jung and psychology and culture. His teaching and clinical work share a focus on individuation, ambition, dreams, and the unconscious factors that shape personal and relational life.

Within the professional community, Pilgrim holds significant institutional roles. He is on the faculty of the OAJA Analyst Training Program, where he teaches seminars including Jung's Seminal Essays, Psychopathology Fundamentals, Advanced Psychopathology, and Archetype of the Apocalypse. He chairs the Thesis and Cases Exam Committee and serves on the History and Development Exam Committee. He holds the designation of Senior CRPO Supervisor, reflecting his extensive supervisory experience in the profession.
