Susan Clements Negley

Susan Clements Negley is a practitioner of depth psychology and psychotherapy in private practice in San Antonio, Texas. A diplomate Jungian analyst, she has been practicing since 2000 and is a faculty member and Admissions Coordinator for the Texas Seminar of the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts (IRSJA), where she also serves on the Ethics Committee.

Susan's approach centers on the creative, spiritual process that C.G. Jung called individuation — the journey toward a more fully integrated sense of self. She works with clients to explore their story, daily life, and dreams, cultivating a relationship with what Jung called the Self. Through this process, she helps clients heal wounds, affirm strengths, and discover possibilities that lie dormant in the unconscious.

Susan brings a unique background to her analytic work: she is a former professional chef and Cordon Bleu graduate whose analytic dissertation explored individuation through dreams of food and feasting. She holds an MA and LPC in addition to her Diplomate credential, and works with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and the broader journey toward wholeness.
