Stephen Garratt is an IAAP-accredited Jungian analyst, psychoanalytic supervisor, and training analyst with the Association of Jungian Analysts. He holds an MA in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice from Roehampton University, an Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from WPF Therapy, and a Certificate in Supervision from the Society of Analytical Psychology. He is registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council, the UK Council for Psychotherapy, and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Garratt's interest in the interplay between media, culture, and individual psychology first emerged during his time as a student activist in South Africa. His clinical training was undertaken at WPF Therapy, one of London's leading psychodynamic training institutes. He has taught on the AJA analytical training program and served as past chair of the AJA Training Committee. His practice is conducted exclusively online via video and voice call, serving clients in London, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Garratt is the author of 'What We Want,' a work exploring desire and hidden longing. He is engaged in ongoing research and writing, and his therapeutic philosophy centers on the conviction that each person carries an inner healer capable of guiding toward deeper emotional fulfillment.
