Puglisi has been a certified member of CIPA since June 2003 and holds the status of docente (teacher) and abilitato (qualified training analyst) within the institute's educational framework. He is actively involved in the scientific and pedagogical activities of CIPA Meridionale, regularly participating as a speaker and moderator in seminars and conferences on analytical psychology held in Palermo and Catania.
His scholarly interests include the intersection of artistic expression and mental health, as evidenced by his publication on the art of word, sound, and music in the mental health department setting, which appeared in CIPA's Mediterranean journal of analytical psychology. Puglisi's clinical practice is situated in Casarano, in the province of Lecce, Puglia, where he receives patients by appointment. His work reflects the Italian tradition of Jungian analysis, integrating the theoretical and clinical contributions of C. G. Jung within the broader framework of Mediterranean psychoanalytic culture.
