Rita Ribeiro

Rita Ribeiro is a clinical psychologist and Jungian psychoanalyst based in Lisbon, Portugal. She is accredited by the Spanish Society of Analytical Psychology (SEPA), an IAAP member society, and holds a doctorate in psychology from the Faculty of Psychology, Education and Sport Sciences at Universitat Blanquerna in Barcelona. She earned her undergraduate degree from the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada (ISPA) and has maintained a private clinical practice since 2000.

Ribeiro's clinical formation reflects a distinctive integration of Jungian analysis with developmental and somatic orientations. She holds training in infant observation according to Esther Bick's method, certification as a baby therapist from the Institute for Pre and Perinatal Education (IPPE) and Almasoma, and qualification as a regressive and past-life therapist. Her practice encompasses psychotherapy, Jungian analysis, and expressive techniques.
