About

Pamela M. Buckle is a licensed Jungian analyst in private practice in Brooklyn, New York, and a Professor of Management at Adelphi University's Robert B. Willumstad School of Business. She is recognized by the International Association for Analytical Psychology as one of approximately 3,500 people worldwide trained in the highest standards of Jungian analytic practice, having graduated from the C.G. Jung Institute of New York.

Buckle brings an unusually broad intellectual formation to her analytic work. She holds a BA (Honours) from the University of Waterloo (1994), an MBA and PhD in organizational dynamics from the University of Calgary (2000 and 2005 respectively), and an MA in Advanced Psychological Studies from the Derner Institute at Adelphi University (2013). She became a Licensed Psychoanalyst in New York State in 2022, capping more than sixteen years of dedicated study in psychology and thousands of clinical hours.

Her scholarly contributions span systems thinking, adult development, unconscious processes in organizational settings, and psychoanalytic theory. She has published extensively, including co-editing "A Guide to Systems Research: Philosophy, Processes and Practice" (Springer, 2016), and her article "The Anthropocene as Symbol, Imagined through Jung's Answer to Job" appeared in the International Journal of Jungian Studies in 2022. She is a Fellow of the European School of Governance and has served as Vice President Protocol and Secretary of the International Society for the Systems Sciences since 2006.
