Monika Luik

Monika Luik is a Jungian analyst and psychotherapist based in Tallinn, Estonia, recognized by the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP) since 2013. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology and completed her IAAP training in Jungian analysis. Luik operates her practice through OÜ Reflektoorium and is a member of the Estonian Association for Analytical Psychology (EAPS). Her clinical experience spans both institutional and private settings — she worked in an open-access municipal counselling centre before establishing her independent practice, addressing a wide range of concerns from domestic violence to spiritual growth and individuation. As a Jungian practitioner, Luik works extensively with unconscious material and symbolic processes, guided by the conviction that symptoms function as messengers rather than mere pathology. She holds that problems and symbols serve to orient the individual toward a more balanced and consciously informed way of living, and that therapeutic work involves understanding the deeper message embedded in psychological and somatic distress. Luik offers sessions both in person in Tallinn and online, making her practice accessible to clients beyond Estonia's borders.
