Marla Herbig

Marla Herbig, MSW, ACSW, LICSW, is a Diplomate Jungian Analyst who earned her analytic certification through the North Pacific Institute of Analytical Psychology in 1999. She holds dual roles as a Training Analyst with both the C.G. Jung Institute of Seattle and the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts, placing her among the senior analytic practitioners in the Pacific Northwest.

Beyond her core analytic practice, Herbig has pursued specialized training in Sandplay therapy and somatically based psychotherapy, integrating body-oriented modalities into the classical Jungian frame. She currently serves as the Membership Committee Chair for the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts.

Herbig's practice in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood offers individual analysis and psychotherapy informed by decades of experience in the analytic tradition. Her status as a Training Analyst means she also works with advanced candidates pursuing their own certification.
