Maria Ignez de Carvalho Hartmann

Maria Ignez de Carvalho Hartmann is a Jungian child and adult analyst, musician, and music therapist in private practice in Speyer, Germany. She holds membership in the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Analytische Psychologie (DGAP) and the International Association for Analytical Psychology, as well as teaching member status in sandplay therapy through the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Sandspieltherapie (DGST) and the International Society for Sandplay Therapy (ISST). She serves as instructor and control supervisor at the Institute for Analytical Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents in Heidelberg and collaborates with the C.G. Jung Institute Stuttgart. Her clinical work emphasizes non-verbal creative expressions in sandplay, drawings, music, and body language, reflecting her integration of artistic and depth psychological modalities.
