Margot Estabrook Stienstra

Margot Estabrook Stienstra is a Training and Supervising Analyst at ISAP Zurich and a Swiss Certified Psychotherapist licensed in the Canton of Zurich. She earned her Diploma in Analytical Psychology from ISAP Zurich in 2014 and achieved Training Analyst (TA) status in 2023, authorizing her to conduct training analysis with candidates in the CH-program. She holds a BA from Yale College in History, the Arts and Letters, and an MIM from the Thunderbird School of International Management. Her additional professional credential includes licensure as a psychotherapist via Charta/Krems University. Estabrook Stienstra's diploma thesis, titled 'Beyond the Shadow of a Doubt: Exploring the Archetypal Interface Between Two Modalities of Healing: CBT and Jungian Analytical Psychology,' reflects her interest in bridging evidence-based and depth psychological approaches to treatment. She served as Vice Chair of the Board for Jungian International Training Zurich. Her clinical practice focuses on transitions and individuation, identity exploration across life stages and gender, ecopsychology and eco-spirituality, trauma healing, and sexual development. She works with adults and young adults aged seventeen and above, offering free exploratory sessions to assess therapeutic fit.
