About

Lena Måndotter is a Jungian psychoanalyst, singer, and voice movement therapist based in Simrishamn, Sweden. She holds a diploma in analytical psychology from the International School of Analytical Psychology in Zurich and a diploma in voice movement therapy from the Royal Society of Arts in London, as well as an MA in comparative literature, writing, and journalism from the University of Lund. She is a graduate analyst of ISAP Zurich and a member of AGAP and the International Association for Analytical Psychology. Her private practice integrates Jungian psychoanalysis with song therapy, offering individual and group sessions that explore the intersections of psyche, soul, song, and dreams. She has studied extensively with Jungian analyst Marion Woodman through the BodySoul Rhythm program and brings additional training in movement and ritual dance. Måndotter is a regular teacher at ISAP Zurich and has taught at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and Malmö University. Her book The Song of the Soul: The Transpersonal Dimension of Psyche and Sound was published by Chiron Publications in 2024. Beyond her clinical and teaching work, she is an accomplished artist working across music, film, photography, and poetry, with performances and exhibitions at venues including Malmö Konsthall.
