Laurence Lacour

Laurence Lacour is a Jungian psychoanalyst and supervising member of the Société Française de Psychologie Analytique and the International Association for Analytical Psychology. She maintains practices in both Paris and Bordeaux and works with adults and adolescents, offering supervision as well as individual analysis. She studied at the Sorbonne and is co-editor of the Cahiers Jungiens de Psychanalyse, the principal French-language journal dedicated to Jungian thought, alongside Samira Richer-Villar. Lacour has published extensively on topics at the intersection of psychoanalytic theory and adolescent psychology, including work on creation and destruction in adolescence. She co-leads a clinical supervision group for adults and adolescents with Christian Marnette in Paris. She serves on the board of directors of the SFPA and is an active contributor to the scholarly and institutional life of Jungian psychology in France. She works in French, Spanish, English, and Brazilian Portuguese, reflecting the international dimension of her clinical and supervisory practice.
