Katarzyna Wach

Katarzyna Wach is a social psychologist, Jungian analyst, and Swiss-certified psychotherapist maintaining a private practice in Zurich, Switzerland. Born and educated in Poland, she holds a diploma in Psychology with a specialization in Social Psychology from SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw and a bachelor's degree in Public Administration Management from Jagiellonian University in Cracow. She completed her diploma in Analytical Psychology at the International School of Analytical Psychology in Zurich in 2017 and is a member of the Association of Graduates in Analytical Psychology. Her clinical work centers on adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, with a particular focus on expatriates navigating cultural adjustment, and she offers couple therapy open to all orientations. Wach is the founder of Trust Your Center, a program for women's individuation inspired by her professional and personal experience. Her therapeutic approach integrates authentic movement and expressive bodywork with depth psychological inquiry, and her scholarly interests include cultural complexes, body politics related to gender, sexuality, and race, and the psychological impact of patriarchy. She served on the organizing committee for the Jungian Odyssey, the annual conference and retreat in analytical psychology, from 2012 and 2016 through 2022. Prior to her private practice, she held clinical positions at the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich and Swiss Red Cross outpatient care.
