Julie Kilpatrick

Dr. Julie Kilpatrick is an experienced psychiatrist who has worked in private practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico since 1993. She is board certified in both Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, making her one of a rare group of practitioners who can integrate medication management with deep analytic work.

Dr. Kilpatrick is a Jungian psychotherapist who studied at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich before completing her Diplomate in Jungian Analysis at the C.G. Jung Institute of Santa Fe. She serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of New Mexico.

Her additional areas of expertise include attachment and relational trauma. Dr. Kilpatrick incorporates somatic and neurobiologically informed approaches in her work with adults in depth psychotherapy, offering a uniquely integrative model that bridges the medical and depth psychological traditions.
