He holds a master's degree in School Psychology and a doctorate in Social Psychology, both from the Psychology Institute of the Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Zacharias has served as a university professor for more than forty years at institutions including PUC Minas, UNICID, UNIABC, and USJT, where he developed teaching programs, supervised clinical internships, and advised graduate students. He currently maintains a private analytical practice in the Vila Mariana neighborhood of São Paulo, teaches in postgraduate specialization courses in Analytical Psychology at multiple institutions throughout Brazil, and provides analytically oriented clinical supervision.
