About
Ilaria Francesca De Gaspari is a psychiatrist and Jungian analyst based in Milan, Italy, and a member of the Centro Italiano di Psicologia Analitica (CIPA), an IAAP-affiliated training institute, since 2021. She completed her psychotherapy training at the Libera Scuola di Terapia Analitica (Li.S.T.A.) in Milan, studied musicotherapy at the Quadrennial School in Assisi, and recently specialized in couple relationship psychoanalysis at the SIPRe school in Milan. De Gaspari maintains a private practice in both Milan and Palazzolo sull'Oglio (Brescia), working with adults, adolescents, and children. From 2020 to 2023, she served as a subject specialist in Health Psychology and Communication and Relationships in Healthcare Settings at the University of Milan-Bicocca, where she also conducted laboratory sessions for graduate students in clinical psychology. She is devoted to exploring the relationship between an author's conscious life, literary expression, and the individuative process, bringing a distinctively narrative sensibility to her clinical work. De Gaspari lectures on psychology topics throughout the Milan metropolitan area for libraries and cultural associations.
