Holly Swanson

Holly Swanson is a passionate Jungian psychoanalyst dedicated to helping individuals navigate their inner landscapes and achieve personal growth. She graduated from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2003 with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, where she developed a solid foundation in psychological theories and practices. She became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in 2012, and in 2021 graduated from the C. G. Jung Study Center to become a Certified Jungian Analyst.

As a Jungian analyst, Holly is committed to guiding clients on a transformative path by delving into the realms of dreams and the unconscious, helping to bring greater awareness to life experiences and empowering clients to integrate new insights that facilitate their journey toward wholeness and self-acceptance. Her approach integrates Jungian analysis with IFS and Hakomi somatic methods, combining body-oriented and depth psychology work as her signature therapeutic style.

Holly provides services both in person at two office locations — in Encinitas and San Diego, California — and online via telehealth. She believes wholeheartedly in the potential within each individual to connect with their inner selves, explore their thoughts and emotions, and ultimately discover meaning and purpose in their lives.
