Giuseppe Maria Vadalà is a psychologist and psychotherapist based in Rome, Italy, born in 1957. He is registered with the Order of Psychologists of Lazio and has been a member analyst of the Centro Italiano di Psicologia Analitica, Istituto di Roma, since 2003. He received his psychology degree from the University of Rome in 1990 and completed a four-year specialization in psychotherapy at the International School of Psychology in Rome. He holds additional diplomas in sexual counseling and clinical sexology. Within CIPA, Vadalà has held positions including Treasurer, Scientific Secretary, and member of the Scientific Commission, and he serves as a docent authorized to teach, conduct training analyses, and provide supervision. He conceived and founded Psycommunity, an online community of psychologists active from 2003 to 2018, and created the Maggio di Informazione Psicologica, an annual public psychology outreach initiative held from 2008 to 2014. His scholarly contributions include work on individuation in postmodernity and on Jung's Red Book. Vadalà also offers EMDR therapy and sexological consultation for adults and couples.
