Gail Bennett is a Jungian analyst, analytical psychologist, and UKCP-accredited psychotherapist in private practice in East London. She trained with the Guild of Analytical Psychologists (GAP) and holds the Diploma in Analytical Psychology, qualifying as a Jungian analyst through an IAAP-recognized training program. Before entering analytic practice, Bennett trained as a mental health nurse in 1992 and went on to work in acute and forensic psychiatric settings. She later held positions as a senior lecturer in mental health for nursing and social work programs and as an associate lecturer at Birkbeck, University of London. She has practiced as a psychotherapist both within the NHS and privately for over twenty-five years. Bennett serves as the editor of Harvest, the journal of the C.G. Jung Club London, which has been published since 1954 and is the oldest Jungian journal in the United Kingdom. Her particular clinical interests include working with trauma, neurodiversity, and eating disorders, as well as exploring the therapeutic value of poetry, sound, music, and image in psychological healing. She offers both face-to-face and online sessions.
