Ethel Espenberg

Ethel Espenberg is a Jungian psychoanalyst, analytical psychotherapist, and art therapist based in Tallinn, Estonia. She holds a Master of Science in Health Sciences and has studied education and psychology, defending her master's thesis in art therapy in 2013. She is a member of the Estonian Association for Analytical Psychology (EAPS) and, through that affiliation, of the International Association for Analytical Psychology. Espenberg's clinical approach integrates the creative and expressive dimensions of art therapy with the depth-psychological framework of Jungian analysis, supporting clients in processes of psychological change and authentic self-realization.
