About
Erhard Trittibach is a Jungian psychoanalyst, psychotherapist, and training analyst based in Zürich, Switzerland. He holds a licentiate in theology and a degree in theology and medical pedagogy from the University of Fribourg, with additional studies undertaken in the United States and Peru. In 2002, he graduated from the C.G. Jung Institute in Küsnacht as a certified analyst for both adults and children, completing a diploma thesis entitled 'The Meaning in Trauma.' Since 1998, he has maintained a private practice in Zürich and Zug, holding Swiss federal certification as a psychotherapist with practice licenses in both cantons. Trittibach has pursued advanced training in Active Imagination, picture interpretation, Therapeutic Sandplay in the tradition of Dora Kalff, and certified supervision. He serves as a Training and Supervising Analyst and Lecturer at the International School of Analytical Psychology (ISAP) in Zürich, where he previously held the positions of General Secretary and Vice President. He is a member of the IAAP, ASP, and AGAP, and has lectured internationally as an IAAP trainer, including in Tbilisi, Georgia. His clinical specializations include sandplay therapy, trauma treatment, LGBTQ identity formation, and sexuality counseling. He previously served for six years as head of the counseling service at HAZ, the gay switchboard in Zürich. He practices in German, English, and Spanish.
