About
Daniel Goldschmied is a psychodynamic psychotherapist and Jungian analyst practicing in central London. He completed the rigorous five-year training program at the Society of Analytical Psychology, one of the leading and internationally recognized professional bodies for Jungian analysts and psychotherapists in the United Kingdom. He is registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council and holds membership in the International Association for Analytical Psychology.
Goldschmied's therapeutic approach is rooted in developmental psychology and Jungian principles. He works with clients to explore their inner world at their own pace, facing challenges with imagination and dedication in service of deeper understanding, resilience, and a renewed sense of possibility. His practice emphasizes open-minded exploration, allowing for both the resolution of specific difficulties and broader creative development.
In addition to his clinical work, Goldschmied serves as an elected Council member of the Society of Analytical Psychology, where he also tutors and leads a reflective practice group. His commitment to reduced-fee access is reflected in his maintenance of at least ten percent of his practice at reduced rates, with the capacity to refer onward to reduced-fee clinics when appropriate.
