Carries direct lineage connections to Jung's own legacy. President of the Psychology Club Zurich (founded by Jung in 1916) from 2006 to 2022, and former fourteen-year president of the Eranos Conference in Ascona. Studied theology and comparative religion in Zurich and Egyptology with Prof. Erik Hornung in Basel. Training analyst since 1986, first at the C.G. Jung Institute in Kusnacht and currently with ISAP-Zurich. Swiss Certified Psychotherapist. Published numerous essays and books including 'The Sungod's Journey through the Netherworld' (Cornell University Press, 2010), 'Stone by Stone: Reflections on the Psychology of C.G. Jung' (with Regine Schweizer-Vullers), and 'C.G. Jung: Letters to Hedy Wyss 1936-1956' (Daimon Verlag, 2023). Interviewed in Jung Journal Vol 18, No 2 (2024) about the Psychology Club Zurich.
