Alessandra Vergani

Alessandra Vergani is a psychologist, psychoanalytic psychotherapist, and Jungian analyst based in Milan, Italy. She holds membership in CIPA (Centro Italiano di Psicologia Analitica) and the International Association for Analytical Psychology, and serves as a teacher within CIPA's School of Psychotherapy and its Training Course for Analytical Psychologists at the Milan and Northern Italy Institute.

Vergani brings over thirty years of clinical experience, the majority of which was spent in the Psychotherapy Service of the Child Neuropsychiatry Clinic at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Milano-Bicocca, located at the San Gerardo Hospital in Monza. This extensive institutional tenure furnished her with deep expertise in developmental psychopathology and child and adolescent psychotherapy, which she now integrates into her private practice.

Her clinical approach reflects the core commitments of the Jungian tradition: she works to accompany the patient on a path of understanding their emotional world and the unconscious conflicts that underlie psychological suffering. Her practice encompasses individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples psychotherapy and psychological consultation. She offers online sessions for adult clients, extending her reach beyond the Milan metropolitan area. As a CIPA training faculty member, Vergani contributes to the formation of the next generation of Jungian analysts in northern Italy, bridging decades of hospital-based clinical experience with the depth-psychological orientation of analytical psychology.
